At Learning Curve Group people are at the centre of everything we do! Which is why we made the important decision in 2019 to launch the Learning Curve Group Charity Foundation in partnership with County Durham Community Foundation, which allows us to help multiple charities and causes across our region.

Since setting up the LCG Charity Foundation we've raised over £75,000 for local charities through the amazing fundraising efforts of our Purple People (the dedicated staff at LCG) and clients.

The foundation gives charities, social enterprises and individuals the opportunity to apply for funds that we have raised. In line with our company values, we want to support causes that alleviate poverty, develop skills and tackle unemployment.

As we are a large employer, we recognise our responsibility to give back to our community and raise aspirations in our local area. We hope that with the support of our staff and clients we can continue to transform more lives.
